After graduating from the University of Paris Sud with a degree in private law, I joined a business school (EM Lyon) in a specialized master’s program, to broaden my skills in negotiation, sales and communication.
Following several formative professional experiences in different sectors such as temporary work and IT, I joined Dell Technologies in 2010. For 14 years, I supported sales teams in contract negotiations in various sectors: public sector, medium business, large and very large companies, and I also managed projects to overhaul the group’s contractual framework for France. I’d now like to put my diverse experience to work for your projects.
Contract management and negotiation
Contract management is a comprehensive discipline, from the definition of contractual strategy, to the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of a contract, and its post-signature follow-up. Preparing and drafting the contract are the key stages in a successful negotiation. Customer support and training are also essential. Optimal negotiation limits the risks involved in contract execution. This is at the heart of what motivates me when I accompany teams or companies in their negotiations.
Corporate culture and administrative management
Working in a multicultural environment, managing complex processes and complying with group governance policies have enabled me to develop cross-disciplinary skills that I'd now like to put to good use in your projects. In addition to contract management, I can support you in the administrative and commercial management of your company.
Management and human resources
During my 14 years with Dell Technologies, I had the opportunity to manage a team of five lawyers based in France and abroad. This human experience enriched my skills, refining my strategies as a negotiator. I'm passionate about human resources and personal development issues, and regularly take courses in new managerial and HR practices. I would be delighted to support you in the human resources management of your company or your various projects.
