Inclusive governance
In France, entrepreneurship took root in a cultural context that has continuously evolved. However, the transformation of attitudes, the mixing of cultures, religions, classes, ages, gender and sexual orientations are barely felt and so often hidden.
More recently, obvious discriminations in work environment are gradually declining. But far from disappearing, discriminations are becoming more subtle and appear slyly in speeches, taking on the color of the “ordinary”. Working environment and the interactions that come within it often remain enclosed in an archaic hierarchical relationship and driven by the values of a very narrow social and cultural norm.
The cultural and linguistic riches, the immense creativity offered by diversity and atypia of all kinds are too often missed.
Most companies are probably affected, as well as their team members: managers, partners and individual contributors.
We believe many leaders today are willing to open the doors of power to distribute, share and administer it with respect. We believe many of them come from minorities and feel in their bones that inclusion is a difficult goal to achieve. We believe many teams want to thrive in a fair and inclusive work environment.
The call for diversity is just as relevant in the commercial field: promoting sales for companies of all sizes in all industries and approaching a wide range of customers…
To do this, we offer a program which is divided into two main stages:
- a one-day launch session with workshops built on the theatrical experience lead by the Theatre of the Oppressed, the clowns in particular, with the exploration of inclusion through role-play and language;
- A presentation of tools for monitoring, supervising and governing so that teams maintain a daily workspace conducive to everyone. The aim of this toolset is to allow everyone to give the best of themselves rather than protecting themselves from stress or internal attacks.
Devoting time to these questions sends a strong signal of mobilization within your company: by itself, it is already the first stone of a building of inclusiveness.
Our modules are adjusted to your sector of activity, your internal and external networks and your business history. Each module is designed to be tailored to the specific needs of your business.
