First passionate about business law then contractual and commercial negotiations, new technologies have nourished me for nearly 20 years, requiring speed, agility and creativity. With the early days of mobile phones and the maturity of IT, I have been exposed to dynamic environments, high-end collaboration.
I was able to develop a deep business acumen, a strong appetite for commercial negotiations which I taught for a few years at the university. I was in charge of major European accounts in 3 multinationals with major commercial and strategic challenges and long-term relationships that had to be carefully taken care of. Attention to details and professionalism have been my best allies.
Management experiences of large teams have developed attention to nourishing collective challenges and care for harmonious collaborations as a source of creativity and self- improvement.
The international dimension of my career including many years of working with the United States, the United Kingdom, assignments in China and South Africa, missions in Nigeria, Uganda and many other European countries have called out a special interest for international negotiations. As a MARC (Many Advocating for Real Change) Ambassador and then a Master in healthcare ethics have refined a particular attention to human issues. During this time, the love of business has not left me and two entrepreneurial ventures have complemented my experiences by introducing me to smaller businesses where technique and relationships come together to serve agility.
These varied experiences have been nourishing and lead me to seek demanding environments where a wide range of skills are expected and where technical intelligence actively collaborates with emotional intelligence.
Contract management continues to be my core expertise, which is now combined with the management of small and medium-sized businesses and the promotion of inclusion in companies of all sizes.
